IYO is the ending of UKIYO, a Japanese word for “floating world”. According to Japanese tradition, everything has a start and comes to an end: IYO it’s a invitation to enjoy the climax, the highest state of the floating process.

Opened in 2007 by Claudio Liu, IYO offers innovative sushi and contemporary Japanese haute cuisine. The restaurant has been awarded one Star in MICHELIN Guide 2023.

One of a kind, IYO is the signature of an omni comprehensive cuisine that encompasses every aspect of the culinary experience, always in search of excellence as in flavours, as in aesthetic.
