We are undergoing a complete renovation of IYO Experience, our historical restaurant in Via Piero della Francesca. For the entire renovation, we moved temporarily to Piazza Alvar Aalto, the iconic elevated square in the Portanuova district, where we opened our temporary restaurant: IYO Temporary.
Here you can find our usual hospitality and service. The staff is the same and the menu as well: it offers sushi and contemporary Japanese haute cuisine, with a selection of our signature dishes and three new dishes created exclusively for IYO Temporary.

From the glass windows of the temporary restaurant you can enjoy a wonderful view across the city. The interior embodies the spirit of IYO, featuring some few iconic décors of the restaurant, but represents a first step forward to the new IYO Experience: a bond between the past, the present and the future.
